Who are Pro EQ?
Pro EQ started in 1998 as the brainchild of Jon Pickles. Jon saw a niche in the market place for a quality complaint handling system for the travel and retail industries. So many so-called customer relationship management tools at the time were simply help desk systems. These went on to become general purpose sales tools such as Microsoft CRM, ACT and Goldmine. All of the tools are good for sales reps and the tracking of their individual sales but are not really aimed at mass marketing to specific customers. iSys CRM has grown from a Customer Relations system into a fully fledged CRM solution.
Pro EQ is rapidly expanding and now has all of the top 4 travel company's as customers. Additionally we have quality retail customers including Mothercare and BHS both of which have been using CriSys® for nearly 10 years.
Our aim is to ensure that all our customers benefit from using our products and that iSys CRM works for them. We constantly monitor our customers and their changing requirements to ensure they continue to benefit from our products and services. We do NOT overcharge for our systems. iSys CRM is more affordable and brings more benefits than any other solution on the market place both in the UK and abroad. We challenge any company to prove us wrong.
With all our installations we add that little bit extra which means our customers are not faced with a creeping project with increasing costs. We deliver what we promise and we never charge for systems that do not succeed. Working with our customers we expect them to be loyal to us and in return get an unsurpassed service that you won't find anywhere else in the software industry, We do not rely on any third party systems for our products and deliver a system over which we have full control. Where we interface to other systems we ensure that what we promise works. |
