iSys call centre is a really unique product. Refined over many years Pro EQ integrates either a web version or a Windows client version and integrates iSys CRM with your telephone system using iSys Telpad®. We have successfully integrated iSys Telpad with Genesys systems and Alcatel Omnitouch. If you don;t have such advanced telephony systems then we have a standard TAPI version for you. The advance systems enable iSys to fully manage the call queues and prioritise customers and travel agent calls based on value indicators. You set the values and iSys routes and queues the calls based on a comprehensive set of rules. Rules can be refined on value by company and by product. This means that a customer can be rated "Platinum" for one product and get a priority queue rating and a rating of "Bronze" for another product and a lower queue rating.

iSys call centre is integrated by pro EQ with your reservation system and can pass customer details through to your reservation system. Why ask your customers for details you already have? iSys call centre provides the call centre user with a full customer history. Using this information the clever call centre user can use this information to upsell and cross sell products and components.

Fully integrated with Skype™, even your home workers can use iSys CRM.
