iSys® Customer Portal is an out-of-the-box portal where customers can recommend friends, view their bookings and other transactions with you and see recommended products. iSys Customer portal is part of the iSys CRM suite and can be used as-is or integrated as a series of web services into your web sites.
The “Your Recommendations” system displays offers and holidays from your portfolio based on our innovative “People Like You technology” (PLU). This looks at the iSys customer data base and compares the customer profile to other customers with a similar profile to find out what they are buying. Couple this to the ability for the customer to tell you what they do and don’t like and you have a fantastic system which targets the right products to the right customer. All these features come as standard with our iSys® CRM solution so you can have social networking without having to develop it.
